Achieve your back-handspring or back-tuck faster than you thought possible at one of our back-handspring or back-tuck clinics. The focus of these clinics is on achieving and refining the back-handspring and back-tuck. We provide a handout for all participants to take home that covers specific drills and conditioning to help with further practice. This clinic has a 6:1 ration and is specially reserved for those ages 6-17.

Our cartwheel clinics provide different circuit focusing on training the lunge, kick, and landing of a cartwheel, which serves as the basis for many future skills. This clinic has a 5:1 ratio and is specially reserved for those ages 4-7.

As there is limited availability, we require that our participants to sign up and pay in advance.
