Refund & Return Policy:

Tuition: If your child is registering for the first time at Twigs Kids and at the end of your child's first attended class, he/she decides not to continue classes at Twigs Kids for any reason, you will need to contact the Twigs Kids office prior to attending the second class of the month for a full refund. If your child registered at Twigs Kids before and is unable to attend class or chooses to withdraw prior to the end of the month, except with a written medical waiver, he/she is allowed one (1) makeup class per month. You must call the Twigs Kids office on the day of or the day before you would like your child(ren) to make up the class to see if there is availability, or they may make-up during an open gym. If you are a returning student, paying and not attending one class for the month, we must be notified within one week in order to give a refund. After one week, we cannot give a refund (you have committed to payment for that month of classes.) Canceling your child(ren)'s class is as simple as letting the office know on the 25th of the previous month.

Merchandise: Items purchased in the TK Jungle Gym shop may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another size within 30 days of purchase and with original tags. Special order leotards or event apparel cannot be refunded or exchanged, however Twigs Kids will do their best to work with the customer on a solution.
