Students learn to defy gravity in our TK Gymnastics Programs, created for boys and girls ages 6-17. These classes are designed to help your gymnast build self-esteem and confidence, learn to love fitness, and grow in character in a safe and positive atmosphere. Here at TK, we believe that every child can be an exceptional athlete in their own unique way, and we challenge each of our students to find their inner-gymnast and expand upon their enjoyment of learning. Our ultimate goal is to make gymnastics a fun, supportive, and encouraging experience for your student in a Christ-centered atmosphere.

Foundations Classes

• For beginning gymnasts

• 55 minutes long

• $76 a month for one class per week

• 10% discount on all but the largest tuition per child

• 10% discount on all but the largest tuition in the family

• $30 annual registration fee for individual child

• $45 annual family registration fee (for more than one child)

• For gymnasts who teachers deem ready to progress to higher-level skills

• Non-judged competitions are optional

The next progressional step for girl gymnasts after our Advanced Girls Classes is our TK Excellence Gymnastics Team, which is joined through instructor invitation, and competition participation is required.

Adaptive Gym Class

This program is designed to provide an opportunity for children that have challenges such as any developmental delays, attention deficit, autism, sensory issues, coordination problems, fear of movement and more for ages 5-17 years! In addition to their therapies, this class will help build strength, flexibility, balance, direction following, and confidence in the student in social settings. This class is ran with smaller class ratios (6:1). A parent may be asked to participate with the child based on individual needs under the discretion of the instructor. A parent is required to remain in the building with the child during the full class time.

Dress Code: We love comfortable clothes! Leotards, T-Shirts, Tank-Tops, Shorts, Leggings! All clothing should cover your child's mid-drift. T-Shirts will be given to students who need a covering. We ask that your child doesn't wear anything with snaps, zippers, or buttons to protect them and our equipment. We also prefer that your child goes barefoot so they do not slip on our equipment. Cheerleaders may wear gym shoes.
